Our Story


  • 1998 - 1999

    ORIGINATING IN THE UNITED STATES AND COLOMBIA

    At first, the processes were developed in Miami, Florida. This base acted as a logistic hub of international commerce with Latin America, with the subsequent step to Colombia in 1999.


  • 2003 - 2004

    EXPANSION ACROSS LATIN AMERICA AND WORLDWIDE

    The expansion began in 2003 in a regional program that covered Latin America. In 2004, CRM UK was incorporated, in order to tend to the reinsurance market in London and to support the regional operations in Spain and Italy.


  • 2011 - 2014

    OTHER PROJECTS

    In 2011 the Puerto Rico and Caribbean projects were initiated, subsequently, in 2014, the Mexican subsidiary was established.


  • 2015

    ISO CERTIFICATION 9001:2008 OF CRM COLOMBIA

    At present, CRM Colombia is certified by the ISO 9001:2008 standard and is improving its management processes, taking into account the requirements of its clients.
